The Rodely family have been farming their Sydney Rock Oysters in the pristine waters of Nelson Lake, situated in the Mimosa Rocks National Park on the far south coast of NSW since 1988 and have received over 180 awards for their oysters.
They only sell Sydney rock oysters which they have grown on their own leases, situated in the pristine waters of Nelson Lake, Mimosa Rocks National Park. The oysters are marketed through their shop in Tathra, select city restaurants and via an innovative mail order service with a range of products for all budgets.
